ALS People are recruiting a Sales Administrator for our client located in Doncaster DN4 5NU.
The role involves the following duties:
* Maintain and develop a computerised customer database.
* Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone and email.
* Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
* Handling correspondence and organising contact between the sales executives and their customers.
* Maintaining customer records.
* Receiving, progressing and monitoring enquires.
* Preparing estimates and quotations for customers.
* Producing ad-hoc reports.
* Assistance with price increase process.
* Producing & distributing quotations.
* Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
* Ad hoc duties
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Adaptable
* Intermediate level in Excel and Word.
Contract: 6 weeks placement, with review to extend. Doncaster office based.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday - 07:30 to 16:00 and 8:30 to 17:00 on a rota basis - 37.5hrs per week. 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
Pay rate: £11.59p.h.
Expected Start Date: ASAP
