Overview
Castlefield are delighted to be working with a well established not-for-profit organisation based in North Wales in order to recruit a Finance Assistant to join the team on a interim contract for 9 months to cover a secondment in the team.
Responsibilities
1. Assisting with supplier statement reconciliations
2. Processing and scanning sales/purchase invoices
3. Assisting with reconciliation & analysis of sales
4. Producing aged debtor reports
5. Ensuring the sales ledger module agrees with the nominal ledger balance and investigating all debit balances
Skills
6. Previous experience in a Finance Assistant role
7. Ability to pick up new processes and duties quickly
8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
