Responsibilities
* Perform site monitoring visits (selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out) in accordance with GCP and ICH guidelines.
* Work with sites to develop, implement, and track subject recruitment plans to meet project needs.
* Administer protocol and study training to sites and maintain regular communication to manage expectations and issues.
* Evaluate site practices for quality and compliance, escalating issues as needed.
* Manage study progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, and data queries; may support start-up activities.
* Ensure proper documentation and filing of site documents in the TMF and ISF, maintaining compliance with GCP and regulations.
* Document site management activities, monitoring findings, and follow-up actions through reports and correspondence.
* Collaborate with study team members to support project execution.
* If applicable, support development of site-specific recruitment plans and manage site financials in accordance with trial agreements.
Requirements
* Life science degree or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in independent on-site monitoring.
* Experience handling multiple protocols and sites across various drug indications.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel.
* Strong communication, written, and presentation skills.
