Job Description

* Previous recruitment experience, either in-house or consultancy
* Experience gained within technology and innovation settings
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Within this role, you will have the following experience:
1. Manage recruitment process and act as central liaison between external suppliers and candidates to maintain operational continuity and process integrity
2. Review and Triage candidates ensuring a healthy flow of candidates are loaded on to our recruitment pipeline
3. Manage direct oversight of the recruitment pipeline using current technology; interface with internal labs to evaluate and improve procedural efficiency
4. Liaise with external suppliers and manage our internal team to schedule progress candidates through our internal pipeline
5. Monitor candidate progression; conduct employment roundtables with senior leadership and interview teams to determine advancement and selection outcomes
6. Coordinate scheduling and induction for new joiners, ensuring alignment with operational standards
7. Manage personnel clearances and clearance transfers in accordance with security protocols
