Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join this thriving mixed practice. This is a permanent position, available due to a current dentist reducing their hours. Offering up to 3,000 UDA and a great scope for private earnings, this role is perfect for a dentist looking to grow professionally in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a wide range of NHS and private dental treatments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with an established patient base.
Uphold the practice's high standards of clinical and ethical care.
Keep accurate, compliant records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
Requirements
GDC registration and active NHS performer number (essential).
Commitment to continuous professional development and delivering high-quality patient care.
Ability to work collaboratively with a friendly and professional team.
Skills And Experience
Experience working in a mixed practice is desirable but not required.
Confidence in offering and delivering private treatments, including Invisalign or implants.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours
Two days per week: Monday and Friday.
Flexibility in working hours may be considered for the right candidate.
