Job Description
Our client a global financial services institution is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their People team on a full time, permanent basis. This role reports directly to the Global Chief People Officer and offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping and scaling recruitment across an international, fast paced business.
The organisation is evolving its approach to attracting and hiring high calibre talent, delivering a candidate experience aligned to the pace and precision of its operations.
The Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle across Europe, APAC and the US for support and operational roles. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple functions, embedding governance, DEI and innovation throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end to end recruitment across international jurisdictions.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver effective hiring strategies.
Directly source candidates across a range of seniority levels using networks, referrals, social media and databases.
Act as superuser for the ATS, overseeing system configuration, data integrity, reporting and process improvements.
Coordinate interviews, assessments and offer processes to ensure a high quality candidate experience.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines.
Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors.
Embed consistent governance and compliance standards within talent acquisition.
Support inclusive hiring practices and contribute to DEI initiatives.
Evaluate and implement appropriate technology and AI tools to enhance recruitment outcomes.
Partner with the wider HR team on related projects and initiatives.
Support employer branding activity across social media platforms in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Candidate Profile
Minimum three years’ recruitment experience, working with hiring managers ideally within a fast paced, performance driven environment.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders with confidence and autonomy.
Strong working knowledge of Greenhouse or a similar ATS platform.
Experience designing job specifications and structured interview processes.
Understanding of inclusive hiring principles and responsible use of AI in recruitment.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Confident communicator able to engage effectively across functions and seniority levels.
