adi Facilities Engineering – Building Fabric & Compliance Operative
Location – This role is based full-time at a client site in Wolverhampton.
About the Role
As a Building Fabric & Compliance Operative, you will work directly on key client sites as part of a dedicated on-site facilities and engineering team. This is a hands-on role supporting non-core engineering, facilities and utilities operations.
Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
* Hands-on maintenance and operation of building services, utilities and infrastructure
* Repair and maintenance of pipework, HVAC systems, heating, cooling, refrigeration, compressed air and associated equipment
* Supporting utilities plant, including effluent plant, boiler house and compressed air systems
* Ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements
* Carrying out fault finding, root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and minor project works
* Assisting with planned maintenance schedules and reactive call-outs
* Managing contractors and agency workers safely when required
