About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Adviser to provide expert advice and support across the full HR lifecycle. This is a key role in shaping a positive workforce culture and ensuring we attract, develop, and retain a skilled and motivated team.
You'll be the first point of contact for HR queries, supporting managers with recruitment, compliance, employee relations, training, and staff wellbeing. If you're passionate about people and want to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide HR advice aligned with company policies and best practice
* Support recruitment and onboarding initiatives
* Assist with workforce planning and compliance in line with care sector regulations
* Manage employee relations, including absence, disciplinary, and grievance matters
* Champion staff wellbeing and engagement initiatives
* Maintain HR systems, policies, and accurate HR metrics
What We're Looking For
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
* Previous HR Officer/Adviser experience, ideally in health and social care
* Strong knowledge of HR policies and employee relations
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to influence stakeholders and deliver training
* Analytical mindset with experience producing HR data and insights
* Flexibility to travel between sites as required
* Satisfactory DBS check
