Key Responsibilities
As our Regional Revenue Rockstar, you should be politely persistent and attentive to customer needs, inspiring them in their search for the perfect holiday home. Your duties include:
* Developing and executing strategic sales plans annually and quarterly.
* Breaking down challenging targets into manageable goals to ensure consistent achievement.
* Generating sales opportunities via social media, events, and follow-up on inquiries.
* Leading by example in work ethic, team culture, communication, lead generation, and product knowledge.
* Using Salesforce to connect with customers, set appointments, and engage Owners.
* Staying updated on industry developments.
* Collaborating with park GMs and Regional Sales Managers to report progress and metrics.
Note: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is essential.
