Immediate starts are available for temporary positions supporting busy administrative teams across City and Neighbourhood Services. Roles include Business Administrator and Business Support Clerk, with overlapping responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Provide clerical and administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and mail handling. Draft letters, reports, memos, and presentations; take accurate minutes at meetings. Maintain and update records and databases; compile and analyse service information. Assist in arranging meetings, appointments, and general office organisation. Provide front-line customer service, responding to enquiries and providing guidance. Use IT systems, software packages, and office equipment effectively. Support finance, HR, and general administration tasks. Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and performance standards. Essential Skills & Experience: Previous experience in office administration or business support roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to take accurate minutes at pace. Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload. Experience using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent customer service skills and a team-working attitude.
