You’ll support customers with quotations, pricing, and technical enquiries while helping convert opportunities into sales. This is a varied role working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams across industries including Energy, Renewables, Flood Defence, Food Processing, and Oil & Gas. Key Responsibilities Prepare and follow up quotations Convert enquiries into orders and generate sales Support new and existing customers Handle pricing and technical queries Liaise with suppliers and internal departments Maintain accurate records and use internal systems Develop knowledge of hydraulic components Deliver excellent customer service at all times What We’re Looking For Essential Sales, telesales, or customer service experience Strong communication and IT skills Organised, reliable, and proactive approach Ability to work independently and within a team Desirable Hydraulics or engineering experience Technical sales background Knowledge of ISO 9001 / 45001 standards Working Hours Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm Friday: 8:30am – 3:00pm R&G Fluid Power is an inclusive employer committed to diversity and equal opportunities.
