About the role
This role has been mixed, hydrated and stretched to perfection. We’re looking for passionate Pizzaiolos who love working the kitchen the true Neapolitan way. At Rudy’s, our Pizzaiolos aren’t just part of the process — you’re the first ingredient in every perfect pizza.
What we’re looking for
10. Experience in, and a genuine passion for Neapolitan pizza (and pizza in general!)
11. Confidence working with pizza ovens
12. Dough lovers unite — you’re confident in all things dough
13. Neapolitan experience preferred, or a strong desire to learn this beautiful niche
