We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team. As the General Manager, you will play a central role in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high service standards. Lead and inspire the management team and staff, fostering a collaborative work environment. Manage staffing levels, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen and front-of-house coordination. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution. Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive business growth. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks. Familiarity with inventory management, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
