Position Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time fixed‑term/secondment clerical officer/appointment officer to join our progressive and developing multi‑professional teams within the TRES Services based at Tort Centre, Ninewells Hospital.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
* Good interpersonal skills with a good telephone manner, keyboard skills and computer literacy.
* Knowledge of booking appointments and processing referrals, and familiarity with hospital routines (training will be provided).
* Compliance with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland throughout employment.
Working Hours & Duration
20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Fixed Term/Secondment for 10 months.
