Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5 pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm

We're currently recruiting for an Employment Adviser to join our team. You will provide advice and support to guide and encourage participants to overcome barriers to employment and achieve realistic job goals.
You will manage a caseload of participants, guiding them through their journey to employment, acting as their coach and mentor, and building strong, positive relationships. You will motivate, challenge, encourage, and help customers obtain sustainable employment.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be target-driven, and a motivational adviser. You should have a high level of initiative and motivation, with the ability to seek out solutions to problems and work under pressure without day-to-day supervision. We value candidates who can provide first-class customer service, driven by our aim to empower lives and improve communities.

* Salary: GBP 26,500 to GBP 29,545 per annum (dependent on experience)
