Our Catering Division is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. The Role As a Recruitment Resourcer in our Catering Division, you will play a key role in supporting the team by sourcing and placing top talent into catering and hospitality roles. Youll be working closely with our Recruitment Consultants to deliver an outstanding service to both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and screening candidates for a wide range of catering and hospitality positions. Writing and posting engaging job adverts across multiple platforms. Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates. Building and maintaining a candidate talent pool to ensure quick response to client needs. Managing candidate compliance including right-to-work checks and references. Liaising with clients to understand role requirements and provide candidate updates. Supporting with bookings, rota management, and shift confirmations where required. Delivering excellent service and building strong relationships with candidates and clients. What Were Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A team player with a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or within the catering/hospitality sector (desirable but not essential we can train everything other than attitude!)
