Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant to support our clients small team based in Inverness. The successful applicant will have strong accounts experience along with the ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
This role is ideal for someone with strong numerical skills, excellent organisational ability, and a solid understanding of accounting procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to continue their career growth within a highly supportive finance environment.
Carrying out a wide range of accounts/bookkeeping duties including ledgers and reconciliations.
Credit control, billing and providing quotes to clients.
Updating and maintaining accurate and confidential financial records.
Liaising with clients and dealing with general accounting enquiries.
Extensive use of MS Office and financial software systems.
Experience in a similar accounts/bookkeeping role.
Strong IT skills including MS Office and financial software systems.
