Job Title: Team Administrator
Location: Elgin
Rate: £12.90/hour
Position: Permanent | Full-Time or Part-Time
Responsibilities
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
* Make and receive calls, providing professional and friendly communication with clients and staff.
* Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and maintain documentation.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Social Care Standards and SSSC Codes of Practice.
* Uphold Data Protection legislation and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Assist with day-to-day office administration tasks to support the care team.
Requirements
* Experience in office administration.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant IT systems.
* SVQ2 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification preferred.
* Knowledge of Data Protection and relevant care sector legislation.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* A commitment to professionalism and high standards of quality.
