Teaching and Learning Manager – Visual Arts & Media, Social Sciences & Law
Worthing College, part of the Chichester College Group, offers a salary range of £44,630 – £48,774 per annum for a 37‑hour per week, 52‑week year position.
Applicants from any subject background will be considered for this post. The role involves working collaboratively with curriculum teams to design, develop, manage and review programmes across Visual Arts & Media, Social Sciences and Law. You will design inclusive, high‑quality learning and provision to meet student needs and enhance the student journey at Worthing College.
You will also support staff by coaching and advising to improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment, encouraging innovation. The position requires you to teach three hours per week in any area of the college curriculum, allowing you to lead by example and maintain your teaching practice.
