The Commercial Controller will be responsible for:
* Managing the commercial aspects of multiple concurrent projects
* Agreeing and managing payment schedules
* Assisting with the commercial set up of contractual agreements
* Managing payment plans to ensure cash flow is maximised
* Collating and producing financial reports and maintaining contract administration
* Sourcing and managing subcontract payments and agreements
The Commercial Controller will need:
* Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor or in a general commercial role such as estimation or procurement
* Experience of managing payments
* Experience of working in a project driven environment
* Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
