* Own Our Servers: We take full charge of Windows Server, Hyper‑V clusters, Exchange, SQL, DNS, and web servers, keeping everything running at peak performance.
* Master Our Storage: Optimize IBM V7000 arrays to deliver rock‑solid reliability, speed, and growth planning.
* Lead & Inspire: Guide a tight‑knit IT team by sharing your know‑how, fostering best practices, and building their skills.
* Boost Uptime: Drive a hybrid support model that keeps 100+ internal users - and 2,000+ customers -up and running without a hitch.
* Pioneer in Azure: Spearhead a phased migration to Microsoft Azure, helping us modernize and scale securely.
* Champion Resilience: Design, test, and refine disaster recovery and backup plans so we’re always protected.
* Secure Our Network: Apply your networking and security savvy (VPNs, VLANs, firewalls) to keep data safe and compliant.
What You Bring
* Server Savvy: Proven track record in Windows Server management & Hyper‑V virtualization.
* Storage Smarts: Hands‑on experience with enterprise storage - IBM V7000 a plus.
* Cloud Curiosity: Practical knowledge of Azure administration & migration planning.
* Leadership Flair: Ability to motivate a small team and champion continuous improvement.
