Duties
Managing and maintaining accurate data entry across multiple platforms, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
Handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately.
Organising schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimise workflow efficiency.
Assisting with correspondence, emails, and other communication channels to ensure timely responses.
Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
Providing support during audits or compliance checks by preparing necessary documentation.
Requirements
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Good typing speed with accuracy to facilitate efficient document processing.
Strong communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. This role is ideal for organised individuals seeking to utilise their administrative skills within a supportive team environment.
experience in Payroll or Accounting( Sage)
Monday -Friday, ideally 30 hours a week. However can be accommodate anything from 20-40 hours a week. Hours will need to be worked between 07.00-17.00.
Pay rate is from £14-£16 per hour, depending on relevant experience.
