The successful Customer Support Administrator will be responsible for proactively contacting customers to update details, provide support on any general queries and provide administrative support to the wider team. This is a truly varied role where no 2 days are the same.
The right person for this position will be a customer-centric individual who works with a keen eye for detail. You will be able to use initiative to solve potential challenges and enjoy seeing processes through end to end.
