Production Team Leader
Location: Sunderland
Salary: Up to £35,000 + 12% shift allowance
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm
What you’ll do:
* Lead and support a team of production staff.
* Make sure everyone follows safe working practices.
* Keep the workplace clean, organised, and efficient.
* Help your team grow and succeed.
* Solve problems quickly to prevent production delays.
* Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
* Be the first person your team can turn to for support.
* Help with other tasks as needed to keep the department running smoothly.
What we’re looking for:
* NVQ Level 3 in Management
* Good at organising and prioritising tasks.
* Strong communication skills – confident talking to all levels of staff.
* Able to think on your feet and help the team meet targets.
