We\'re working with a well-established business in the luxury sector to recruit an experienced, customer-focused Project Administrator to join their team on a 12-month maternity contract. Based at their modern offices in Crawley, this is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside consultants and clients, ensuring a seamless project experience from start to finish. The role requires a confident communicator who thrives on detail and enjoys delivering nothing less than perfection.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and project support to the sales team and account managers
* Raise sales orders, quotes, and manage project documentation
* Liaise with internal teams to keep clients updated throughout each stage
* Accurately schedule activities and maintain data in the CRM system
* Respond quickly to client and consultant queries with clear, detailed information
What we\'re looking for
* Proven experience in project administration or sales support
* Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills
* Proficient in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident handling multiple projects and working to high standards
* Professional, polished, and able to build trusted relationships with both colleagues and HNWI clients
The Package
* Starting salary of £35,000pa
* Monday-Friday working hours (7:30am-4:30pm)
