Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join its growing and busy department. This role offers the chance to manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, playing a key role within a friendly and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a full caseload of residential property matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Shared Ownership transactions
* Re-mortgages
* New Build developments
* Handle files from initial instruction to post-completion
* Draft and approve legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds
* Provide clear, practical and responsive legal advice to clients
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
About You
* Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer
* Minimum 3 years\' experience within a busy residential conveyancing department
* Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
* Ability to manage a caseload independently and hit the ground running
* Good IT skills
* Knowledge of Lexcel, SRA Standards & Regulations and Money Laundering Regulations
* Professional, discreet and client-focused
