Must have at least 1 year minimum industry experience.
As a company, Extremes can offer a secure and permanent contract. Rate of pay is dependent on competency and experience with commission and other staff benefits.
FullTime and PartTime available.
Duties
* Provide hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, and treatments.
* Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring a welcoming and organised environment for both clients and staff.
* Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and providing tailored recommendations.
* Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales targets.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon area, including front desk operations.
* Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, to provide informed advice to clients.
