Managing 2 Sales Managers and 14 Business Development Managers/Account Managers
Develop and execute strategic sales plans and forecasts, ensuring we achieve our ambitious revenue and profit targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts and driving sustainable growth.
Work seamlessly with fellow sales managers, marketing, and delivery teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Proven experience selling managed services, cloud, SDWAN, connectivity, SD-WAN, cyber security, IT managed services, mobile, IoT or UCaaS/CCaaS would be ideal
Experience of managing and developing high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and achieving impressive results.
Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, P&L, and commercial performance.
Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Package - Base of £90k + £8k car, £130k to £150k OTE, possible stock options - flexible depending on the experience
