<div><p>Job Title: Senior Producer (Events)</p><p>Location: London and Brackley - Hybrid (plus travel as required)</p><p>We are Strata!</p><h3>Job Overview</h3><p>We’re seeking an experienced individual to become a trusted senior member of the production team. Applicants should have experience working as an agency or freelance producer, specialising in content production, conceptualising, pitching and delivering experiences for global brands. Projects range from internal and external communications pieces, leadership conferences and award shows to new product launches and experiential brand activations for clients across sectors, including FMCG and automotive.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><b>Brief taking and pitching</b><ul><li>Working with Account Director and the client in defining the brief, and preparing and planning pitches and proposals</li><li>Advising where necessary on best formats for delivery</li><li>Confidently participate in face-to-face pitches for new business should the need arise</li><li>Working with clients (up to C-Suite) to help distil and interpret their brand messages via on screen presentation, video, animation, infographics and print</li><li>Helping to ensure the overall quality of project management and delivery of projects</li><li>Helping the wider delivery team develop an understanding of the client’s perspective to ensure a client-focussed culture</li><li>Ensuring project processes are ISO9001 compliant and are streamlined to achieve optimum effectiveness and efficiencies</li><li>Ensuring that projects deliver against agreed targets for turnover and gross margin</li></ul><b>Project management</b><ul><li>Management of content and software, overseeing creative delivery team including Keynote and PowerPoint designers, animators, and video editors and 2 d designers to bring messages to life</li><li>Collaborate with script writers, copywriters and speakers to craft engaging and memorable scripts and speeches.</li><li>Ensure that all communication has a cohesive thread running through it</li><li>Superb attention to detail in management of changes</li><li>Preparation and ownership of production budgets</li><li>Ensure that day to day project administration is being dealt with correctly</li><li>Preparation of production and rehearsal schedules and critical paths as necessary</li><li>To liaise with other departments within Strata to ensure that schedules and values are met</li><li>Liaising with suppliers – briefing, negotiating and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met</li><li>Excellent understanding of AV / technical solutions</li><li>To remain up to date with new technology, content trends, design and creative trends and their business applications</li><li>To mentor junior employees</li><li>Planning and management of resources for operational delivery of projects ensuring service levels are maintained to the highest standards</li></ul><b>Reconciliation and post event</b><ul><li>Ensure projects are reconciled and information is passed in a timely fashion to accounts, for billing</li></ul><ul><li>Manage internal and external debriefs for the purposes of review and continual improvement</li><li>Help to develop client relationships to encourage organic growth of accounts</li><li>Knowledge sharing: as part of your mentoring role, encourage information and learnings are shared amongst the team from a technical, content and venue perspective</li><li>Manage the post event administrative process, including working with the Marketing function to create a case study</li></ul><b>Creative</b><ul><li>Partner with our creative team to share audience insights and event objectives, before developing a think, feel, do and creative proposition</li><li>Work with design, artwork and animation teams to produce on brand multi-media content</li><li>Encourage broadminded thinking and open creative approaches</li><li>Keep abreast of and research new approaches to present to clients and the wider Strata team</li></ul><h3>Job Requirements</h3><p>The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the below experience: You are a leader and mentor, who has the experience and confidence to capture hearts and minds.
