Salary:£23,130 per annum + annual company bonus
Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Location: Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire - RG41 5TP
You will be working for Smollan to fulfil the role of Operations Executive / Account Executive on our Tactical Team.
As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to operational issues in the field via phone and email
- Ensuring the field team have the necessary equipment and information to complete the job
- Liaising with the warehouse/courier and field colleagues regarding delivery of POS (Point of Sale materials)
- Completing monthly grocery reports for business directors
- Completing an activity in store on a monthly basis
- Standard operational administration activities, including:
- Field brief and survey writing for approval of the project manager
- Collate briefs and project materials to distribute to field team via mailouts
- Keep the client up to date with photos from live activities using our internal activity management system
- System administration such as paperwork checks
You will have:
- Basic IT skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work within a team
- A good “can do” attitude, and you are prepared to go that “extra mile”
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
