Puddleduck Nursery in Wallingford cares for children aged 3 months to 5 years in a beautiful natural environment. The nursery is currently recruiting for Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our fun and friendly team.The role includes:* Being involved in developing and delivering high quality, stimulating, creative and welcoming environment for the children within the nursery.* Working with the EYFS and completing online journeys for your key children.* Supporting room leaders and room coordinators in every day running of the room.* To work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, learn and develop.* Building good working relationships with staff and parents.* To provide a range of activities relevant to the age and needs of the children in the setting, which encourage independence, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.* Attending regular supervision and training as agreed with the nursery manager/Owner and have a willingness to continue your own professional development.* Maintaining confidentiality at all times.Suitable candidates must:* Hold a level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/equivalent.* Have a good understanding of EYFS regulations* Be able to demonstrate good communication skills* Have a positive attitude* Be creative and ambitious* Maintain a high level of confidentiality.* Have the ability to work as part of a team.Puddleduck Nursery offers a competitive salary including 28 days holiday.
