We are recruiting a Team Leader to join our friendly and professional domiciliary care team, supporting clients in their own homes across Christchurch and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced carer who is ready to lead, support others, and progress into a Senior Leader role as part of our growing organisation.

The Role
As a Team Leader, you will:
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
* Lead by example and support Care Assistants in the field
* Provide mentoring, coaching and supervision to team members
* Monitor client wellbeing and escalate concerns appropriately
* Support care planning, risk assessments and quality checks
* Promote compliance, professionalism and high service standards
* Maintain strong communication between staff, clients and management
You will combine hands-on care with leadership responsibility, preparing you for progression into a Senior Leader position.
Requirements
* Previous experience in domiciliary care
* Experience supporting or mentoring other staff (desirable)
* Full UK driving licence
* Your own reliable car with business insurance
* Valid right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship at this time)
