TheOpportunity
Our nextTeam Leader will be someone whohas:
* Mandatory:NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care – Adults orequivalent
* Experienceof working in a similar setting
* Workingknowledge of relevant legislation
* Experience ofleading and motivating teams
* Ability toeffectively train individuals andgroups
TheOpportunity
We currently have anopportunity to join us as Nights Team Leader for our serviceOptions Roxby House based in Roxby, NorthLincolnshire.
The successfulapplicant will be supporting the Registered Manager and DeputyManager in the smooth running of the home, supervising a team ofdedicated Adult Support Workers, and working as a proactive rolemodel within the team.
Roxby House is aspecialist residential service, rated CQC Outstanding, which offershigh quality support and accommodation for adults with autism,complex needs and/or learning disabilities. Your work will bechallenging and rewarding in equal measure. Working in aresidential environment where we maintain a strong safeguardingculture, individuals are listened to, respected, and involved in asmany decisions as possible.
Options Autism is anational provider of specialist education, care and therapeuticservices for individuals with autism, complex needs and learningdifficulties. We provide a person-centred approach to education andsupport, looking at the full needs of the individual and adaptingour approach accordingly.
