About our Sommelier position:
As a Sommelier at Chotto Matte, you'll be responsible for curating exceptional wine and sake experiences for our guests. You'll guide diners through our beverage offerings, pair wines with our Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, and work closely with the bar and management teams to elevate the overall guest experience. Knowledge, confidence, and a guest-first mindset are essential.
What we're looking for:
* WSET certification or equivalent is preferred
* Strong knowledge of wine, sake, and food pairings
* Excellent communication and service skills
* A calm, professional presence in a fast-paced environment
