Job Description We are seeking a dedicated individual to join a small team responsible for delivering high-quality Copy Shop services, including digital print finishing and photocopying, in support of the Council’s operations. The role is based in a combined office and workshop environment, which can occasionally be noisy and warm due to the nature of the equipment and activities involved. However, air conditioning is provided in the areas most affected by heat, and ceiling ventilation is installed throughout the workspace to ensure a comfortable working environment. Requirements Support the delivery of a high-quality Copy Shop service, offering corporate digital printing, finishing, and photocopying solutions. Operate industrial and office-based equipment to provide professional print finishing services. Facilitate internal mailing services across all Council departments. Maintain and provide first-line support for Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) located at Headquarters in Elgin and surrounding satellite offices. Participate in relevant training and development activities to enhance skills and service delivery. Adhere to Health and Safety legislation, as well as Council policies and procurement procedures. Engage in the Council’s Employee Review and Development programme to support continuous improvement. Provide assistance in the Mailroom and Reception areas as required.
