We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward thinking, and experienced Business Manager to lead and support our developing PCN Management Team and wider more established PCN teams. The postholder will work closely with the Leadership & Management Team, to build resilience into a PCN that has grown substantially in the last 3 years from four members of staff to over 30. After a sustained period of growth and maximizing our ARRS spending the PCN is in a strong position to grow and develop further. We are focused on retaining and developing staff, recruiting additional roles to enhance the service for our patients and, and fulfil on our existing projects and pilots. We take pride in our outstanding staff, working closely with our member practices providing excellent care for our patients. Trinity Health Group along with 6 other PCNs are hosted by Conexus - the GP Confederation for Wakefield. The post holder will have overall responsibility for management and leadership of all PCN employed staff, resources, finances, support services and subcontractors and achievements of KPIs and outcomes. Desirable • Educated to degree level or higher in Management or similar. • Coaching qualification. • Project Management Qualification Experience Essential • Experience of coaching and mentoring a team • Experience of successfully managing multi-disciplinary teams, including welfare, performance, and development. • Experience of Using Microsoft 365 applications • Experience of creating reports, and project plans. • Experience of delivering service development and managing projects. • Experience of working with a range of busy professionals in a changing environment • Knowledge of budget and financial management processes with evidence of successfully managing limited budgets effectively. • Experience of working within Primary Care.
