Essential Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Property, HNW or home underwriting; with any exposure to writing business with things such as convictions, unusual constructions, claims etc.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in underwriting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A commitment to continuous professional development
- CII qualification or progress towards it would be highly regarded
