About the Role
We're looking to hire a production assistant with responsibility for supporting the release of high-quality editorial and subscription content onto the website across the full range of Legal 500 products and services. It involves working in a range of systems and software to ensure that content meets the standards expected by both customers and internal stakeholders. This role would suit someone who has recently finished their studies or are early on in their career. We don't require substantial experience for this role, but we are looking for someone who is digitally/systems-savvy and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Uploading and updating content in Wordpress for the Legal 500 website
* Producing content and supporting materials in a range of mediums, adhering to Legal 500 standards
* Performing quality control to identify and correct errors, ensuring data and content meets Legal 500 standards
* Providing customer service by answering questions, providing information and updating content and liaising with colleagues as needed.
* Maintaining data and records to ensure correct functioning of systems and processes
What we're looking for
* Some experience maintaining content in Wordpress and CRM
* Familiarity with basic Adobe functions.
* An eye and attention to detail is vital to ensure required standards are met
* Strong communication, particularly for liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to learn and adapt to evolving products and processes
We operate a hybrid working policy here at Legal 500, with three days per week in the office and two days remote.
