Responsibilities
 * Plan, control, manage and be accountable for the overall delivery of technology projects to meet agreed business needs; acquire and utilize necessary resources and skills within agreed parameters of time, cost and quality.
 * Ensure requirements and business change activities are included in the project plan as defined by the Business Analyst, Change Manager and business team.
 * Manage all project costs in line with the funding approved through the business case, ensuring any risk or deviation from the budget is communicated and approved through the Primark Project Governance framework.
 * Maintain an accurate and transparent view of project health via the company Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Tool Planview.
 * Maintain detailed timelines, project plans and budget for all project deliverables/milestones.
 * Manage day‑to‑day operational aspects of projects, including communication to team, stakeholders and executives, and develop the communication plan.
 * Manage multiple work streams and projects simultaneously and understand project priorities in relation to overall deliverables, including handover to service on successful project delivery.
 * Manage project resources internal and external to meet project demands and timeline.
 * Ensure an effective and efficient change control process that keeps budget on track while delivering agreed outcome.
 * Manage risks and issues proactively to avoid delays and costs while ensuring quality.
 * Project‑manage the process from initiation to sign‑off, adhering to all PMO requirements and ensuring adherence to defined methods and standards (including IT Operating Model and Quality Assurance methodology).
What You’ll Bring
 * Degree level education with 5+ years of Project Management experience.
 * Experience with supply chain platforms and technologies.
 * Experience preparing new or existing warehouse sites for opening or change, including technology change.
 * Experience and knowledge of cloud‑based systems.
 * Strong experience dealing with senior business users.
 * Proficiency in basic business analysis.
 * Familiarity with IT architecture, design, operational service and support organisations.
 * Commercial perspective and understanding of how the project contributes to the overall business case.
 * High knowledge of tech investment evaluation processes, including cost/benefit analysis and estimation of tech costs/resources for defined and undefined initiatives.
