KeCatalyst is a healthcare marketing agency based in Surrey, UK. We work with doctors and private clinics to generate consistent bookings using paid ads, funnels, and strong positioning.
We've got strong healthcare and advertising experience across our team, and now we're looking to further bolster on data and attribution across ads, particularly google ads, so that we can truly cement ourselves as the best performance marketing agency in our sector.
Your job will be to:
* Upgrade our tracking + attribution so we have bulletproof booking-source certainty
* Build Google Ads into an even more dependable growth lever that increases bookings month after month for our clients
What you'll own
1) Measurement & Attribution (non-negotiable)
* GA4 + GTM setup, event/conversion mapping, debugging and validation
* Google Ads conversion tracking (incl. enhanced conversions where relevant)
* Meta Pixel validation (Meta CAPI is a big plus)
* Booking / call tracking integrations depending on client systems
* Clean weekly reporting: Spend → Leads → Bookings (and where possible, qualified outcomes)
2) Google Ads (primary channel ownership)
* Build/optimise Search campaigns to drive bookings (not vanity metrics)
* Structure, keyword strategy, negatives, search terms hygiene, intent segmentation
* Budget allocation, bidding strategy, landing page alignment
* A repeatable "Google Ads build + QA" checklist/playbook we can scale across clients
3) Performance cadence (how we win)
* Weekly diagnosis → experiment plan → execution → learnings → next actions
* Testing rhythm with hypotheses and decision rules (not random "optimisations")
* Client-ready communication: simple, confident, defensible

* Healthcare/local lead gen experience
* Familiarity with booking systems (Cliniko, Calendly, Phorest, Doctify, etc.)
Working style (in-office + flexibility earned)
This is an in-office role in Staines, Surrey.
* First 8–12 weeks: in-office Mon–Fri (non-negotiable) to integrate fast and raise the standard.
* After onboarding: flexibility may be available (e.g., 1 day WFH/week) based on performance and team needs.
