Support Worker – Full Time (Days) A well-established care provider is currently seeking a full-time Support Worker to join a small residential service in Carshalton. This role is ideal for an experienced support worker or someone looking to develop their career within a stable and rewarding care setting supporting younger adults with learning disabilities. About the Support Worker role: The Support Worker position involves working within a 2-bedded residential service supporting younger adults with learning disabilities and associated needs. As a Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred care, promote independence, and support individuals with all aspects of daily living while ensuring dignity, respect, and choice are at the heart of your approach. This role includes working alternative weekends as part of a fair and balanced rota.
