We serve lunch and dinner, delivering full table service with personality, pace, and confidence. This role is about owning the restaurant floor, leading from the front, and making sure every guest leaves feeling looked after.
The package
The stated package includes the predicated service charge. This is based on an hourly rate on a 40-hour contract. This means that additional hours worked will be paid.

What youll be owning
Leading restaurant services across a high-volume, two-floor site
Being visible, vocal, and hands-on during busy shifts
Setting and maintaining service standards across the floor
Supporting and developing your team so they perform at their best
Stepping in when standards slip and making sure they dont again
Managing labour, rotas, and day-to-day operations
Working closely with the kitchen to deliver smooth, confident service
Creating an environment where guests want to return and teams enjoy working
