Requirements
* Experience designing for complex B2B software products
* A strong portfolio demonstrating a user‑centred design process
* Experience working in cross‑functional, agile teams
* Solid understanding of evaluative research methods
* Proficiency with modern UI design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma)

* Design (UX) is a core differentiator at Redgate. This role exists to help us discover customer needs, explore and test product ideas, and deliver simple yet innovative solutions to complex challenges for database professionals
* As a Product Designer, you’ll be embedded in a cross‑functional, agile team, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Technical Leads to solve complex problems for data professionals
* You’ll play an active role across the full product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery and iteration. Owning design decisions and championing a customer‑centred mindset
* Designing workflows, interfaces, and interactions from prototype to production
* Leading and contributing to research activities using qualitative and quantitative methods
* Collaborating closely with engineers to ensure design intent is carried through delivery
* Iterating on existing solutions through testing, measurement, and insight
* Contributing to and evolving a shared design system
