We have a fantastic opportunity to join our client as a Project/Service Co-ordinator, based in High Wycombe. Looking after a team of 5 engineers, the successful candidate will provide admin and logistical support by scheduling resources, co-ordinating tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and facilitating communication between clients, engineers and internal teams. The role is offered on an initial 12 month contract (covering maternity leave) but is very likely to go permanent and therefore our client is looking for someone who wants to develop and grow. Hybrid working (1 day a week from home) after probation, 9am - 5pm, excellent benefits! Duties include Provide administrative and scheduling support to ensure delivery against internal service standards and targets. Maintain and update the engineering resource planner on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate progress tracking and resource availability. Lead forward planning and effective scheduling of engineering resources to meet response times, SLAs, and internal KPIs. Schedule and manage engineers' holidays to maintain adequate coverage. Coordinate, schedule, and re-schedule engineers' daily works and reactive tasks to ensure works are completed within agreed timeframes. Review orders and contract terms and conditions to confirm services are achievable within scheduling and resource constraints. Provide timely billing updates to accounts to support invoicing. Liaise with clients, commissioning, and project teams via telephone and email, ensuring clear communication and timely escalation. Prepare and issue quotations for remedial works, minor works, critical spares, and upgrades identified during planned and reactive engineer visits. Monitor, develop, and report on customer satisfaction and service delivery KPIs. Skills/Experience Ideally educated to degree level, able to grasp technical elements of the role. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proven ability to manage complex, multifaceted projects, people, and resources efficiently. Ability to make quick, decisive actions in high-pressure environments. Excellent attention to detail, analytical. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with CRM systems Experience in relevant industries (e.g., construction, engineering, facilities management). Experience in coordinating projects, including scheduling, resource management, and documentation.
