What You’ll Be Doing – Full 360 Recruitment You’ll run your own desk, owning client relationships and delivering quick, quality temporary placements. Your responsibilities include: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement Meeting clients, taking job briefs, and understanding hiring needs across the public sector Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and our market‑leading database Registering, interviewing, and assessing candidates, including compliance and background checks Preparing candidates for interviews and managing the offer/placement process Proactively filling urgent temp roles with pace, accuracy, and strong service levels Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates Networking and developing new business opportunities across the local area Maximising cross-selling opportunities across Reed divisions Why Join Reed?
