Full-Time Day Shifts – 38.5 Hours Per Week
£12.60 per hour / £25,225.20 per year
7:45am – 7:45pm shifts on a two-week rolling rota

Key Responsibilities
* Support individuals in their daily living, fostering independence through engaging in social, recreational, and occupational activities.
* Work seamlessly with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.
* Promote positive practice in Safeguarding, Health & Safety, and Mental Capacity within the service.
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate will:
* Have knowledge or experience with mental health diagnoses, learning disabilities, or autism.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with individuals and professionals alike.
* Show an understanding of person-centred care and a commitment to promoting independence.

Brookhaven is a 23-bed mixed-gender open rehabilitation service for adults aged 18+, offering recovery-focused care and support for enduring mental health needs. Next door, The Hamptons is a 14-bed purpose-built inpatient rehabilitation hospital supporting men with complex mental health needs in a secure, structured environment.
