We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading wholesaler in the food and drink industry, looking for a talented Brand Activation Manager to lead trade marketing and campaign delivery across a broad product portfolio. The Role: In this role you’ll report to the Head of Marketing and act as a central link between marketing, sales, and buying teams. You’ll lead on campaign planning, promotional execution, and the development of standout trade marketing tools, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable impact across all activity. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the seasonal trade calendar and brand activation plan Develop trade marketing materials such as sample boxes, POS, sales decks, and campaign literature Coordinate marketing efforts across digital, social, events, and print channels Collaborate with suppliers to build and deliver joint marketing initiatives Work with internal creative resources to develop campaign assets in line with business objectives Analyse marketing performance and provide insight to optimise future campaigns Support customer-facing events and retail initiatives, producing best practice case studies About You: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment (preferably food or beverage) Confident managing both B2B and B2C campaigns Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills Creative thinker with a commercial mindset and attention to detail Excellent copywriting and content planning abilities Proactive and organised, able to manage multiple priorities effectively Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required Must live within commuting distance of the office and attend on fixed core days (Tuesdays & Thursdays) What’s In It for You: Competitive salary and benefits package Hybrid working model Opportunity to work in a supportive, purpose-led environment A role with real scope to shape strategy and execution
