What youll be doing:
Sourcing and headhunting candidates via social media, job boards & creative search methods
Attending industry events
Speaking to candidates and building strong relationships
Learning how to match people with the right opportunities
Managing candidate pipelines and supporting live roles
Developing real recruitment skills with clear progression opportunities
Supporting across various divisions including - Tech, Energy, Professional Services, Sales & Marketing
What were looking for:
Confident communicator (phone, email, social media)
Resilient, proactive, and not afraid of a challenge
Organised with great attention to detail
Experience in recruitment is a bonus, not a must
