* Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 15.30

The Opportunity
A welcoming secondary school in Derby (DE21) is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their supportive team. Role Responsibilities
* Delivering pre-planned lessons in line with the curriculum.
* Providing targeted interventions for individuals and small groups.
* Supporting positive behaviour, focus, and engagement in lessons.
* Covering classes to ensure continuity of learning.
* Working collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and wider pastoral team.
What We\'re Looking For
* Ideally, a HLTA qualification (or equivalent secondary experience).
* Confident supporting KS3/KS4 pupils.
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
* Adaptable, resilient, and committed to pupil growth.
