Able to work individually to produce process documentation, review procedure documentation, and produce training plans?If so, this could be the role for you…The RoleAs a Payroll Implementation Consultant, you will work as part of Heywood’s Consultancy team, effectively managing and delivering payroll software solutions to new and existing customers.You will provide UAT support, ensuring processes and documentation are updated as well as using a variety of technical skills, including SQL and Excel, to deliver strong professional service to customers. Key roles and responsibilities:Delivering payroll software solutions to customersProviding training, both internally and externally, and perform testing on Heywood’s new payroll product modules as requiredProviding 3rd line support to our Service Desk team on an ad hoc basisWorking with software developers to maintain and enhance our productProducing high quality documentation – including Payroll Implementation StudiesProducing test plans and assisting with release readiness testingDocumenting and maintaining processes and proceduresProviding support and training both internally and externallyMentor and provide guidance to junior team membersPayroll Consultants work collaboratively with customers throughout the full payroll implementation lifecycle, from initial payroll study through to full customer payroll implementation, training and post-implementation support throughout the project.
